HEAD OF TRAVEL DESIGN M/F/D
If you possess a deep understanding of the travel industry, particularly the enchanting DACH region and its popular destinations, we invite you to join us in bringing these destinations to life for our luxury-focused clients. Your role will be pivotal in shaping unforgettable experiences, aligning seamlessly with the preferences of our high-end travelers in terms of service, taste, and lifestyle.
In this role, you will spearhead our trip planning department, collaborating closely with our dedicated team to design bespoke itineraries for each travel party. Your expertise will shine as you differentiate authentic experiences from the well-trodden tourist paths, establishing solid relationships with our expert service providers. Serving as the bridge between our sales department, guests, and partners, your creative acumen will be put to the test. A highly organized and structured approach, coupled with empathetic and effective communication skills, will be your forte.
In our vibrant office located in Karlsruhe, you will find yourself amidst a team of passionate travel enthusiasts. We foster a culture of openness, where new ideas are welcomed, and honestcommunication is valued. Equipped with state-of-the-art Apple Macintosh workstations, you will collaborate in a supportive environment that encourages growth and creativity. While your primary workplace will be in our Karlsruhe office, we offer the flexibility of remote work on certain days, ensuring a balanced work-life equation.
Familiarity with standard tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is crucial for this role. A basic understanding of these programs is expected. Additionally, proficiency in both written and spoken English and German is essential to thrive and collaborate effectively within our team.

The travel industry’s seasonal peaks are inevitable, and your dedication will be paramount during the bustling months of May to July and September. While our standard workweek spans Monday through Friday, occasional weekend shifts might be necessary, with shared responsibilities for guest emergencies.
We prioritize your well-being, promoting a healthy work-life balance by accommodating reduced hours during quieter periods. With 30 days of vacation and a commitment to avoiding overtime, we nurture a supportive work atmosphere.
